Anne-Marie Tardif
Anne-Marie has been a management consultant to the direct marketing industry for over 15 years, specializing in inventory management, merchandising, and creative solutions for catalog and multichannel marketers. A broad client base, including manufacturers, retailers, publishers, and non-profits, reflects her ability to apply knowledge and experience to unique and challenging situations. Her management career began with ten years at L.L. Bean, as a member of the original leadership team that grew the company to prominence. As the lead executive responsible for forecasting and inventory management, and later for merchandise marketing and creative development, she built strong professional teams and rich information systems to achieve high performance standards in pace with double digit growth. Anne-Marie earned her MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA from Wellesley College.
