Bios on Dirigo Partners Scott Bryant, Dan D'Entremont and Anne-Marie Tardif

Scott Bryant Scott has nearly 25 years of operations experience in the Direct Marketing industry in both “in-house” and outsourcing environments. His areas of expertise include contact center and customer relationship management, Total Quality process improvement, change management, warehouse operations, training and development, organizational design and IT and HR management. He has been a frequent speaker on these topics at DMA and NCOF conferences as well as for individual businesses and civic groups. He has a proven track record in applying technology, process reengineering and team-building to accomplish organizational goals of world-class service, productivity improvement and employee satisfaction in such organizations as L. L. Bean, Inc., The Mark Group and New Roads, Inc. whose clients include American Eagle Outfitters, Procter and Gamble Oral Care, Avon, America Online, Restoration Hardware and Johnson and Johnson Baby Center. Scott also served as a commissioned officer with the United States Army, retiring in 1986 as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Reserves. While on active duty he earned his MBA with a depth of study in operations research from The Ohio State University and taught Statistics as an adjunct professor at The University of Texas, El Paso.

Daniel D’Entremont Dan has 30 years of experience in accounting and reporting, risk management, financial analysis, budgeting, internal audit, treasury and cash management, and strategic planning. He spent 6 years with Coopers & Lybrand as a CPA and 24 years at L. L. Bean in a variety of leadership roles, concluding his career there as Vice President of Finance with responsibility for all areas of finance. During his career, Dan has used his financial skills to help functional areas define and accomplish tactical objectives and to assure that those objectives were consistent with and well integrated into corporate strategy. Recognized as a strong people manager, coach, and leader, Dan has led many successful systems conversions, re-organizations and process improvement changes. Dan is a graduate of Dartmouth College and earned his MBA at Northeastern University. He has a history of being active in his community, serving in leadership capacities on several non-profit boards.
 Anne-Marie Tardif Anne-Marie has been a management consultant to the direct marketing industry for over 15 years, specializing in inventory management, merchandising, and creative solutions for catalog and multichannel marketers. A broad client base, including manufacturers, retailers, publishers, and non-profits, reflects her ability to apply knowledge and experience to unique and challenging situations. Her management career began with ten years at L.L. Bean, as a member of the original leadership team that grew the company to prominence. As the lead executive responsible for forecasting and inventory management, and later for merchandise marketing and creative development, she built strong professional teams and rich information systems to achieve high performance standards in pace with double digit growth. Anne-Marie earned her MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA from Wellesley College.
